At Melody4Love, we take pride in creating personalized and unique musical gifts tailored to your specific needs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds. Please review our refund policy below to ensure clarity and understanding.


SECTION 1 - NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Since our products are highly customized digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds once a song creation process has begun. Each song is personalized based on the details you provide, and as a result, it cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, all sales are final for personalized song orders.


SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Before Production Begins
    If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production on your personalized song has not yet begun. If the creative process has not started, we will issue a full refund.

  2. After Production Begins
    Once our team starts working on your personalized song, we can no longer accept cancellations or offer a refund. You will be notified via email when the production process starts, which typically happens shortly after your order is placed.


SECTION 3 - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

While we cannot offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with the final product, we offer the following solutions:

  1. Minor Revisions
    If you find that some details in the song do not match the original information you provided, we will make minor revisions to the lyrics or composition free of charge. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final product.

  2. Rework Options
    In rare cases where the song does not meet your expectations due to a misunderstanding of your initial instructions, we are happy to discuss potential solutions, including a possible rework of certain elements at no extra cost. However, this is handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of our team.


SECTION 4 - EXCEPTIONS FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

If you purchase a non-personalized product (e.g., gift cards, pre-recorded content), these items may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Please contact us at support@melody4love.com within 14 days of purchase to discuss eligibility.


SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY ISSUES

If you do not receive your digital product due to technical issues or delivery errors, please contact us immediately at support@melody4love.com. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your personalized song as intended.
